What is the Church of the Year?
Every day, somewhere on Earth, two or three of God's children gather and begin a new church. They meet in homes, barns, old stores, and yes even in places that are used as drinking establishments on other days! In fact, our first Church of the Year currently meets in a party barn! Can you imagine that?!? Some of these congregations are the most dedicated to God's work that we have ever seen. It was one of these small, homeless churches that inspired the Church of the Year program.

We at EnterNet NOW, Inc. are very focused on our effort to expand the kingdom of God. In this effort, we pray to be known as builders of churches! The Church of the Year program is a subset of EnterNet NOW, Inc.'s Christian Organization Promotion. We won't try to describe our Christian Organization Promotion in this section, but if you haven't already done so, we hope you will take a moment to visit our Christian Organization Promotion pages to learn more. To keep it simple, just as our customers can designate a promotion code belonging to a Church or other ministry, they can designate the Church of the Year for all donations made by EnterNet NOW, Inc. for purchases made by the customer.

Is my Church qualified for Church of the Year?
The rules for qualification for being entered into the Church of the Year program are as follows:

1. Your church must be registered in EnterNet NOW, Inc.'s Christian Organization Promotion. Remember your church must read and agree to the Qualifying Guidelines and read and agree to the Terms of Agreement for the Christian Organization Promotion.
2. Your church must not already own a church building.
3. Your church must promise to deposit all monies donated from the program to the church building fund.
4. Your church has never been the Church of the Year in the past.
5. Your church must be approved as a charitable organization under IRS code section 501(c) (3).
6. Your church must be approved by a panel of established Pastors from past Churches of the Year or selected by EnterNet Now, Inc. for this purpose.
7. Your Pastor should agree to serve on the Church of the Year panel of Pastors in the future.

How is the Church of the year selected?
We believe that God should have a hand in the selection of the Church of the Year. We also believe that there is no such thing as luck, it is God's love that brings us good things. In other words, we believe that if we won the lottery, it wasn't luck, it was God selecting the lottery balls!

So, on August 1 of each year, EnterNet NOW, Inc. will hold a drawing to select the new Church of the Year. The Pastor representing the current Church of the Year will perform the drawing. This drawing will be held in secret in front of the Church of the Year panel of Pastors.

The Church of the Year panel of Pastors will then review the church to ensure that it does indeed qualify as a true Christian church, based solely on the Christian Organization Promotion Qualifying Guidelines. Once the Church of the Year panel of Pastors have approved the church, EnterNet NOW, Inc. representatives will attend the church on the first Sunday following the approval to deliver the news to the Pastor of the New Church of the Year.

What are the terms for the Church of the Year?
First, other than the Christian Organization Promotion Terms of Agreement, there is one additional thing to mention; the new Church of the Year becomes official on the first day of January of the new year following the drawing. Funds will begin to collect on that day.

Remember, it is our goal to recognize a small church each year to assist them in enhancing their building fund. Nothing more, nothing less. So, step back and watch God's Kingdom grow!
